Collection Sites Details

For the convince of the people of Nashville there are two sites for waste & recycling collection.  The waste collection is administered by the town and recycling is administered by the Forest County Zoning Office.

The addresses and times are as indicated below.  You can head over to the about page for a map.

North

Collection Site Rules:

  1. PLEASE LISTEN TO AND RESPECT THE WASTE SITE ATTENDANT. IF YOU ARE DISRESPECTFUL OR NOT OBEYING RULES, ATTENDANT WILL PRESENT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS TO THE TOWN BOARD. UPON THE THIRD OFFENSE, YOUR DUMPCARD MAY BE REVOKED.
  2. PRESENT YOUR DUMP CARD EACH TIME YOU ARRIVE AT THE WASTE DISPOSAL SITE.
  3. RULES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT VOICE YOUR DISPLEASURE WITH THE ATTENDANTS, THEY ARE ONLY DOING AS THEY ARE TOLD TO DO. CONTACT THE TOWN BOARD WITH ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS.
  4. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RECYCLABLES, AND PLACE THE PROPER WASTE INTO THE PROPER BINS, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT THE ATTENDANTS.
  5. SPRING AND FALL CLEAN UP RULE; EACH PROPERTY DUMP CARD MAY BRING ONE PICKUP LOAD, OR TRAILER LOAD FULL (5’x8′) NO GARBAGE TO BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE OF THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE DOING THIS YOUR DUMPCARD MAY BE REVOKED.
  6. YOU WILL BE ISSUED ONLY ONE DUMP CARD PER ADDRESS; IT IS GOOD FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS SO DO NOT DESTROY IT. RENTAL PROPERTIES MUST CONTACT THE CLERK.
